Clinical Research
Clinical research is designed to answer health questions, such as:
- How can we prevent disease?
- How can we detect disease?
- How can we treat disease?
A wide range of people work together to investigate these questions, including: university scientists, pharmaceutical scientists, doctors, nurses and other health professionals.
We recently produced some teaching resources on clinical research, in collaboration with the UKCRC. These are linked here, and also on our teaching resources page.
