Primary Lab Careers Day
Centre of the Cell has put together a full day of activities themed around a selection of different careers and their related skills, with a main focus on those based in laboratory settings. Start the day with our brand new Lab Skills workshop, where you learn what it’s like to work in one of the labs below your very feet in the Blizard Institute. Then put the skills you’ve learned into practice to take on the mystery of the newly redeveloped Microbe Detectives workshop. After lunch, give a wave to our resident scientists in the lab below before heading into the STEM Pod to get a glimpse at the work they’re doing through a selection of videos and interactive games.
